Jennifer Letowt has spent over 20 years as a professional in the development research field. These roles have provided her deep experience with individual, corporate, and foundation donors and prospects, and an understanding of how to align an organization’s fundraising efforts to achieve success.
Ms. Letowt has worked as head of the development research offices at The Johns Hopkins University, The United Negro College Fund, Inc., and Capital Caring, which provides hospice care throughout the Washington, DC metro area. Today, Ms. Letowt works with non-profits and other fundraising consultants who seek her expertise on specific challenges.
In addition, Ms. Letowt shares her skills through volunteering in a variety of roles for non-profit organizations. She served as both Chair and Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Green Hedges School, a private pre-K-8 school located in Vienna, VA and as a Board member of the Greater Homewood Community Corporation in Baltimore, MD
A graduate of Goucher College and the Johns Hopkins University, she is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and APRA, an international prospect research organization.
